Active ingredient and dosage form

Coated tablets:
1 pill contains Ibuprofen 400 mg, p-piperidinoethoxy-o-carbomethoxybenzophenone hydrochloride (ketone) 5 mg, alpha-piperidino ethyl diphenyl acetamide metabromide (amide) 0.1 mg;
in a blister strip package 10 pcs.; in a carton pack of 2 or 20 packs.

Mechanism of action

Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic.
Inhibits PG biosynthesis, stimulates the formation of endogenous Interferon.

Indications and usage

Pain caused by spasm of smooth muscles (disalgomenorrhea, hepatic, intestinal and renal colic, biliary dyskinesia, gastrointestinal spasms, tenesmus, headache, migraine, etc.).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, aspirin-dependent bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

Dosage and administration

Inside, 1 hour before or 3 hours after meals.
With spastic pains 1-2 tables. up to 4 times a day. The maximum dose of ibuprofen is 2400 mg.
With dysmenorrhea 1 tab. every 4 hours

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Contraindicated. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Adverse reactions

Dyspeptic phenomena, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract.
