pharmachologic effect

Anti-inflammatory. Dermovate possesses glucocorticoid activity. Eliminates swelling, hyperemia, itching at the site of application.

Indications

Psoriasis (except common plaque), chronic eczema, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, skin diseases that are not amenable to other steroids.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; pink and youthful acne; perioral dermatitis, skin infections viral (herpes simplex), fungal (candidiasis), bacterial (impetigo); perianal and genital pruritus; dermatosis in children under 1 year old (including dermatitis and rash in diaper rash).

Use during pregnancy and lactation
