Active ingredient

1 set consists of 3 pills of different colors:
tablet number 1 (white): B₁ 1.5 mg, PP 20 mg, B₆ 1 mg, Iron 18 mg, Iodine 150 mcg, Copper 2 mg, Molybdenum 25 mcg;
tablet number 2 (blue): A 1 mg, E 10 mg, C 80 mg, Magnesium 40 mg, manganese 2.5 mg, Selenium 25 mcg, zinc 15 mg;
tablet number 3 (pink): B₂ 1.7 mg, B₅ (calcium pantothenate) 5 mg, B₆ 1 mg, B₉ (folic acid) 200 mcg, B₁₂ 3 μg, D₃ 2.5 μg, H (biotin) 30 μg, K₁ (vitamin K) 25 mcg, Calcium 100 mg, chromium 25 mcg;
60, 120 or 210 tab. packaged.

Mechanism of action

Alphabet is a vitamin-mineral complex. It contains 13 Vitamins and 10 minerals.
The composition and dosage of the complex meet the needs of adults and children over 14 years of age.

Component Properties
The division of the daily dose of the vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT into 3 tablets, each of which contains only combined substances, allows to eliminate the negative interactions of the components. For example, calcium and iron are diluted on different tablets, since the first mineral reduces the absorption of the second half. By taking into account all known facts of interaction of substances, the effectiveness of vitamin prophylaxis increases by 30–50%.

Indications and usage

VMC Alphabet is recommended as an additional source of vitamins, macro-and micronutrients.

Dosage and administration

Take one pill each a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner (the interval between doses of 4-8 hours).
pills are recommended to be taken during food, swallowing whole and washing down with a small amount of water.
If the recommended admission schedule has been disrupted, you can resume taking it from any pill.
Daily rate - 3 different pills - you can take at the same time.
