Active ingredient and dosage form

1 pill contains 50 mcg of Selenium and 50 mg of vitamin C
on 30, 60 or 180 tab. packaged.

Dosage and administration

should be taken by adults and children over 14 years of age with 1 pill 1 time per day with meals.
