Mechanism of action

Antipyretic, anti-inflammatory.

Indications and usage

As a symptomatic remedy in the treatment of acute respiratory diseases, as well as for the prevention of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections in adults.

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, child age (up to 18 years).

Dosage and administration

1 pill at the reception, at least 15 minutes before a meal, (the pill should be kept in the mouth until completely dissolved).
It is advisable to start taking the drug with a therapeutic purpose when the first signs of the disease appear.
In the acute period of the disease (the first two days), the drug is taken in 1 pill every 30 minutes, alternating between the blister packs No. 1 and No. 2, except for a break for sleep. During this period of illness, the drug can be taken without taking into account the time of food intake.
In the following days (from the 3rd day of admission and until complete recovery), the drug is taken every 2 hours (except for a break for sleep), alternating blister packs No. 1 and No. 2. As the state improves, more rare intake is possible (2-3 times a day).
With the preventive purpose used in the period of epidemics of influenza and ARVI, 1 pill in the morning on an empty stomach (alternating daily blister No. 1 and No. 2 alternating).

Adverse reactions

When using the drug for the indicated indications and in the indicated dosages, no side effects have been identified to date.
Possible reactions increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Overdosage

Cases of overdose so far not registered.

Cases of incompatibility with other drugs have not yet been registered.

Special notes

The preparation contains lactose, therefore it is not recommended to prescribe it to patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose malabsorption syndrome, or in congenital lactase deficiency. If the symptoms of the disease persist (fever, chills) within 24 hours after the start of treatment, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
