tablet number 3 (white): B₅ (Calcium Pantothenate) 5 mg, B₁₂ 3 μg, D₃ 5 mcg, H (biotin) 30 mcg, K 65 mcg, Calcium 300 mg, Chromium 20 mcg;

Contains 13 Vitamins, 9 minerals, lutein, lycopene and beta-carotene.
ALFAVIT 50+ includes vitamins, minerals and other useful substances in precisely those quantities that are necessary for people over 50 years old. Its composition corresponds to the norms of consumption of biologically active substances established in the Russian Federation, and also takes into account the recommendations of nutritionists and gerontologists.
The components of the complex are effective in preventing osteoporosis, diseases of the eyes, joints, cardiovascular system and other age disorders.

Component Properties
The division of the daily dose of the vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT into 3 tablets, each of which contains only combined substances, allows to eliminate the negative interactions of the components. For example, calcium and iron are diluted on different tablets, sincethe first mineral reduces the absorption of the second half. By taking into account all known facts of interaction of substances, the effectiveness of vitamin prophylaxis increases by 30–50%.

Alphabet 50+ is recommended as an additional source of vitamins, macro- and microelements for people over 50 years old and with the aim of preventing osteoporosis, diseases of the joints, cardiovascular system, vision and other age-related disorders.

Dosage and administration

Inside, while eating. Adults (over 50 years) - 1 tab. each species per day (in any order).
If the recommended admission schedule has been violated, you can resume it from any pill or take the missed pill along with the next one. The daily rate - 3 different pills - can be taken at the same time.
Reception duration - 1 month.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance of individual components, hyperthyroidism.
