Mechanism of action

Selmevit is a multivitamin preparation with macro- and microelements, the effect of which is due to the properties of its constituent Vitamins, minerals and other biologically active substances. Contains 11 vitamins and 9 minerals. The compatibility of the components in one pill is provided by a special technology for the production of vitamin-mineral complexes.

The drug accelerates the process of adaptation of the body after increased physical and neuro-emotional stress, has a normalizing effect in lipid metabolism disorders, with a low content of hemoglobin in the blood and with a disturbed blood clotting process.

Thanks to vitamins A, E, C, trace element Selenium and the amino acid methionine, it has an antioxidant effect, improves adaptation characteristics under the influence of extreme factors.

Indications and usage

The drug is recommended for adults and children over 12 years:

• Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies (especially in environmental unfavorable and selenium-deficient areas).
• Increased physical and mental stress.
• Increasing the body's resistance to stressful situations and adverse environmental factors.
• Recovery period after injuries, surgeries, exacerbations of chronic diseases.

Dosage and administration

Selmevit is taken orally after eating.
Adults and children over 12 years of age with the aim of preventing vitamin-mineral deficiency 1 pill per day.

To compensate for the deficiency of vitamins and minerals, with strenuous mental or physical work, stress, it is recommended to take 1 pill 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor.

Adverse reactions

It is not recommended to take at the same time other drugs containing multivitamins with microelements and to exceed the recommended daily dose.
