Nimulid is a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) of the sulfonanilide class, a selective COX-2 inhibitor. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic effect.

Nimulid Gel is for external use only. The skin areas treated with gel should not be covered with occlusive dressings. Gel also can not be strongly rubbed into the skin.
Apply about 3 cm of gel to the affected area 3-4 times / day. The dose, however, may vary depending on the size of the treated area and the response of the patient. The result of therapy is evaluated after 4 weeks.
