Mechanism of action

The combined drug has astringent, antacid, laxative and antispasmodic action. Magnesium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate reduce the acidity of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin. Bismuth nitrate forms a protective film on the gastric mucosa, providing anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect. Part of the calamus and kellin have an antispasmodic effect, buckthorn - laxative.

Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, hyperacid gastritis.

Inside, after 0.5-1 h after eating, with 1/2 cup of warm water, 1-2 pills (it is advisable to pre-grind) 3 times a day for 1-3 months. After a month break, if necessary, treatment can be continued.

Diarrhea. Allergic reactions.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Hypoacid gastritis. Renal failure.

Special notes

During treatment with the drug, the feces turn dark green or black.
