4.5 g (1 tbsp) of collection are placed in an enameled bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of cold boiled water, cover with a lid, heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, filter, squeeze the remaining raw material. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/2 cup in the morning and evening. Cooked broth shake before use.
