Active ingredient and dosage form

Calm - homeopathic granules of 10 g in an airtight package contain Zincum valerianicum C200, Cimicifuga racemosa C200, Ignatia C200.

Mechanism of action

Calm has a sedative, anxiolytic effect. Modulates the functions of the central nervous system: reduces emotional lability or anxiety; helps to normalize sleep.

Indications and usage

Stressful situations, neurosis-like disorders, accompanied by anxiety, irritability, disturbed sleep and appetite, headache.

Dosage and administration
