Mechanism of action

Matar Plus has a local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, warming and distracting effect. The drug causes weakening or disappearance of pain in the joints (including in the joints of the spine) and in muscles at rest and during movement, reduces morning stiffness and swelling, and increases the volume of movement of the joints (in the area of ​​application of the cream). Meloxicam selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase 2, violates the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the amount of prostaglandins (mediators of pain and inflammation) in the focus of inflammation. The tincture of chilli pepper contains Capsaicin, which has an irritating effect on the sensitive receptors of the skin, which leads to a local anesthetic effect, an improvement in blood circulation in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, as well as a warming effect. Improvement of the local blood flow is accompanied by increased blood circulation in the underlying tissues, which helps to remove the substrate of inflammation from the pathological focus. Similar properties have oils of lavender, coriander and chloroform. Due to the optimal combination of the components of the cream, mutual enhancement of their analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects is noted. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children's age (up to 12 years), violation of the integrity of the skin and inflammatory skin diseases at the site of the intended application.

Dosage and administration
