children's age (efficiency and safety of use are not established).
The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
During the period of use of the drug is recommended to avoid exposure to bright light.
It is necessary to inform women who want to become pregnant about the presence of a weak contraceptive effect.
Influence on ability to steer vehicles, mechanisms. During the period of treatment, care must be taken when driving and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and psychomotor speed.

Excipients: Calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate - 64.67 mg, microcrystalline cellulose - 25 mg, croscarmellose sodium - 2 mg, povidone K25 - 3.33 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide - 0.5 mg, talc - 1 mg, calcium stearate -0.5 mg.
Shell composition: 3 mg: hypromellose - 62.5%, macrogol 400 - 12.5%, titanium dioxide - 24.21%, aluminum lacquer FD and C blue No. 2 (12-14%) - 0.28%, aluminum lacquer FD and C blue No. 1 (11-13% ) - 0.48%, quinoline yellow lacquer - 0.02%, iron dye black oxide - 0.01%.
Inside
In case of sleep disturbance, desynchronosis, fatigue, the dose is adjusted individually and is 0.3-3 mg 1 time per day 30-40 minutes before sleep.
When meteosensitivity - 0.3 mg 1 time per day for 30-40 minutes before sleep.
The duration of treatment is determined individually (from 2 to 8 weeks). Repeat courses are possible.
When used as an adaptogen when changing time zones - 1 day before the flight and for the next 2-5 days - 3 mg 30-40 minutes before sleep.
The maximum daily dose is 6 mg.
Allergic reactions to the components of the drug, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, morning drowsiness, swelling (usually in the first week of admission) are possible.
Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, corticosteroids, cyclosporine. Enhances the effect of drugs that inhibit the central nervous system and beta-blockers. Not recommended simultaneous reception with NSAIDs.
There are no data on cases of overdose of melatonin. There is evidence of the use of melatonin in a daily dose of up to 300 mg without clinically significant side effects.
Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
