Composition

Gelatin capsules light orange color, No. 30. Capsules contents: loose mass of yellowish-brownish color with a specific smell (individual agglomerates with light compression stick together into a dense mass).
1 capsule contains:
Lipoid C100 - 200 mg (in terms of phosphatidylcholine 188 mg),
Silymar - 70 mg (including silybin 50 mg);
Excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide (aperperl 300), povidone (collidon 90 F), Calcium phosphate dihydrate, Magnesium stearate, trehalose dihydrate;
shell: gelatin, titanium dioxide, ponso 4R, quinoline yellow.
30 or 60 capsules per pack.

Pharmacology

Phosphonciale - a combined drug for the treatment of diseases of the liver and biliary tract. Reproduces the clinical and pharmacological effects of the components it contains - the “essential” phospholipids and the amount of flavolignans (in terms of silibinin) of Milk thistle.

Phosphonciale - hepatoprotective agent, normalizes the metabolism of lipids, proteins and phospholipids; stimulates protein synthesis; promotes the activation and protection of phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, improves the functional state of the liver and its detoxification function, contributes to the preservation and restoration of the structure of hepatocytes; inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Indications and usage

In the complex therapy:

• hepatitis (acute and chronic of various origins),
• fatty degeneration of the liver of various origins (diabetes, chronic infections),
• toxic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis,
• liver cirrhosis, hepatic coma, preeclampsia, radiation sickness,
• psoriasis (as an adjuvant therapy),
• poisoning, drug intoxication, liver dysfunction in other somatic diseases

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Dosage and administration

With hepatitis of various etiologies - by mouth, 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with meals, swallowing whole, washed down with enough water. The course of treatment is at least 3 months; if necessary, the course of treatment can be continued or repeated. For viral hepatitis (especially for hepatitis B and C), take 2 capsules before or during meals 2 to 3 times a day, the course of treatment can be extended up to 12 months.

With psoriasis (as part of complex therapy) - 1 - 2 capsules 3 times a day, the course of treatment is from 14 to 40 days.

With preeclampsia (preeclampsia with a primary lesion of the liver, hepatosis, HELLP - syndrome) - 2 - 3 capsules 2 - 3 times a day. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.

With cirrhosis of the liver 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, a course of treatment for at least 3 months (depending on the severity of the process).

Poisoning, drug intoxication - 2 capsules 2 - 3 times a day, the course of treatment up to 30 - 40 days.

For preventive purposes (for example, people employed in hazardous occupations associated with the risk of being exposed to ionized radiation) the drug can be used 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day for 1-3 months.

Adverse reactions

Nausea, gastralgia, allergic reactions.

Storage conditions

In a dry, cool, out of reach of children at a temperature not higher than 25C.
