Mechanism of action

An infusion of collecting hemorrhoidal (Proctofitol) has a laxative, antispasmodic, hemostatic effect.

Indications and usage

- Hemorrhoids.
- Chronic constipation.

Contraindications

- Hypersensitivity to the drug.
- Syndrome of an acute abdomen.
- Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage.
- intestinal obstruction.
- Strangulated hernia.

Dosage and administration

Accept inside on 1/2 a glass - 1 glass for the night.

Adverse reactions

Allergic reactions are possible.

With prolonged use are possible: constipation, thirst, loss of body weight, headache, pain in the heart area, etc.

Overdosage

In case of overdose, due to the pronounced laxative effect, potassium loss may occur with symptoms of hypokalemia.
