Composition

Raw materials: lemon essential oil is obtained by pressing, centrifuging the peel of lemon fruits (Citrus limon). Lemon essential oil is light, volatile, transparent with a yellowish or greenish tint. The oil has a bitter, sour-citrus scent with a hint of ozone. Chemical composition: limonene, citral, pinene, myrcene, terpinolin, terpineol, neral, geranial.

Mechanism of action

Indications and usage

Aroma lamps: 5-8 drops of oil per 15 square meters. m. square. Aromamedalone: ​​1-2 drops. Aromatherapy: apply oil on the teeth of the comb. Baths: 4-7 drops dissolved in an emulsifier (sea or salt, honey, cream) per 200 liters of water. Treatment time up to 25 minutes. Inhalation: Add 1-2 drops of oil to a bowl or plate with hot water and, leaning over this solution, cover your head with a towel, close your eyes and inhale the vapors for 6-10 minutes. Massage: 4-7 drops per 10 ml of base oil. Rinses: 2-4 drops of oil per 200 ml of warm water. Hair masks: 5-7 drops of oil mixed with clay, balm, base oil 5-7 ml, apply on the scalp for 10-15min. Face masks: Apply 2-3 drops of lemon oil to 5 ml of base oil for 5 minutes. Compresses: warm oil - 7-8 drops per 5 ml of base oil. Enrichment of cosmetics: 5-8 drops per 15 ml of base. Cosmetic ice: Dilute 5-7 drops of oil in 100 ml of water, freeze portionwise. Wipe face, neck, neckline in the morning and evening. Refreshing rubbing: 10-12 drops of oil mixed with 100 ml of tonic, lotion, moisten a napkin, wipe the body and areas of increased sweating. Applications for skin whitening: 10 drops of lemon oil for 10 drops of base oil mixed with 1 teaspoon of clay, apply to the area of ​​hyperpigmentation. Enrichment of toothpastes: 1 drop per toothpaste (teeth whitening, unpleasant smell).

Individual intolerance to the components of the oil, avoid contact with eyes, use in small doses after consultation with an aromatherapist.It is not recommended to use oil before sunbathing due to possible photosensitization.

Special notes

For external use only. Any of the essential oils in some people with highly sensitive skin can cause allergies. This happens very rarely, but for safety reasons, we recommend testing the tolerance of essential oils. To do this, dilute a few drops of oil with a small amount of any vegetable oil and apply to the wrist area. If within 12 hours the oil has not caused you any allergic reaction, it can be used.
