Ferlatum has a hematopoietic, antianemic effect. Fills the deficiency of iron and substrate stimulates the synthesis of heme.
Iron deficiency states: latent and manifested forms of iron deficiency anemia (in acute or chronic blood loss, poor nutrition, insufficient absorption of iron in the digestive tract, infectious diseases) at any age, during pregnancy and lactation.
Hypersensitivity, hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis, aplastic, hemolytic and sideroblastic anemia, chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis.
Ferlatum is taken orally, before meals, for adults - 1-2 bottles (the amount equivalent to 40-80 mg of ferric iron) per day in 2 divided doses; children - 1.5 ml / kg / day (the amount equivalent to 4 mg / kg / day of ferric iron) in 2 divided doses. The course is not more than 6 months (except for cases of continuing bleeding, menorrhagia and pregnancy).
