Bilobil forte capsules 80mg №20

Indications

- dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various etiologies (developing as a result of stroke, traumatic brain injury, in old age), accompanied by a decrease in attention, a weakening of memory, a decrease in intellectual abilities, sleep disturbance;

- disturbances of peripheral circulation and microcirculation (including lower limb arteriopathy), Raynaud's syndrome;

- neurosensory disturbances (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacuse);

- senile macular degeneration;

- diabetic retinopathy.

Dosage and administration

Assign 1 caps. 2-3 times / day (morning and evening). Capsules should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water.

The course of treatment is at least 3 months. The first signs of improvement usually appear after 1 month of therapy. Conducting a second course is possible after consulting a doctor.

Adverse effects

Allergic reactions: possible - redness of the skin, swelling, pruritus.

Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Nervous system: headache, hearing loss, insomnia, dizziness.

Other: lowering blood clotting.

Contraindications

- reduced blood clotting;

- erosive gastritis;

- peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase;

- acute disorders of cerebral circulation;

- acute myocardial infarction;

- children's age up to 18 years;

- hypersensitivity to the drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Bilobil^® Forte is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) due to the lack of sufficient clinical data.

Use in children

Contraindicated: children and adolescents up to 18 years.

Special notes

If you frequently experience feelings of dizziness and tinnitus, you should consult with your doctor.

In case of sudden deterioration or loss of hearing, you should immediately consult a doctor.

The preparation contains lactose, therefore it is not recommended to prescribe it to patients with galactosemia, glucose / galactose malabsorption syndrome, with a deficiency of lactase lapp (lactase deficiency in some ethnic groups of the North).

Bilobil^® Forte contains the dye azorubine (E122), which can cause the development of allergic reactions and bronchospasm.

In very rare cases, azo dyes (E110, E124 and E151) can trigger the development of bronchospasm.

Overdosage

Currently, cases of drug overdose Bilobil ^® Forte not reported.

Drug interaction

The simultaneous use of the drug Bilobil^® Forte with Acetylsalicylic acid or anticoagulants (including warfarin) may increase the risk of bleeding due to increased clotting time.
