Mechanism of action

Active ingredient and dosage form

Tranexam coated tablets:
1 tab. contains tranexamic acid 250 mg,
Excipients: the core is MCC, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, talc, Calcium stearate, aerosil;
shell - hypromellose, titanium dioxide, talc, polyethylene glycol 6000;
Pack of 10, 20, 30 or 50;

Tranexam intravenous solution:
1 l contains tranexamic acid 50 g;
Excipients: water for injection up to 1 l;
in a package of 5 or 10 ampoules (with 5 ml of solution).

Mechanism of action

Tranexam has hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic effect.

Indications and usage

Dosage and administration

Tranexam is taken internally (regardless of food intake), 250–500 mg 3–4 times a day. In / in, slowly, 10-15 ml. The maximum daily dose is 2 g.
