• Aroma lamp: 5-6 drops per 15-20 m² of area.
• Baths: 5-8 drops dissolve in emulsifier (salt, honey, milk).

• Massage: 3-5 drops for 1 tbsp. spoon base oil.
• Cosmetics: 1-2 drops per 10 g base.

• Before use, it is necessary to test for individual tolerance of essential oils, causing a drop of oil to the skin in the wrist area. If redness or itching does not appear after 12 hours, it can be applied.
