Active ingredient and dosage form

Flucinar N - ointment:

1 g ointment contains fluocinolone acetonide 0.25 mg, neomycin sulfate 5 mg,

excipients: propylene glycol; liquid paraffin; anhydrous lanolin; petrolatum white; in tubes of 15 g

Mechanism of action

Flucinar N has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antipruritic, antiexudative action.

Indications and usage

Allergic and inflammatory skin diseases, complicated by secondary bacterial infection, trophic leg ulcers, furunculosis, folliculitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; acne; bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal, viral and neoplastic diseases of the skin.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Flucinar H is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Adverse reactions

Dosage and administration

Outwardly, a small amount of Flucinar N ointment is applied to the affected skin 2-3 times a day, no more than 2 g / day, after the acute inflammatory process subsides, 1-2 times a day. If necessary, apply a breathable bandage. With excessive peeling of the stratum corneum of the epidermis (lichenisation) or excessive keratinization of the modified areas, it is possible to use an occlusive dressing, which is changed every 24-48 hours. The course of continuous treatment is not more than 2 weeks.

Children older than 2 years with caution, only 1 time per day in small areas of the skin.
