Composition

Fenkarol - tablets:

1 tab. contains hifenadina hydrochloride 10 and 25 mg, excipients: sugar; potato starch; Calcium stearate; Pack of 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 pcs.

Mechanism of action

Fenkarol has antiallergic, antihistamine effect.

Indications and usage

Pollinosis, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic urticaria, angioedema, pruritus, neurodermatitis, eczema, allergic reactions associated with taking medication or food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to hifenadine.

Adverse reactions

On the part of the digestive system: rarely - dyspeptic symptoms, incl. dry mouth.

Dosage and administration

Fenkarol accept inside, after food.

Adults - 25-50 mg 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg. The course of treatment is 10-20 days, if necessary, repeatedly.

Children 2-3 years - 5 mg 2-3 times a day; 3-7 years - 10 mg 2 times a day; 7-12 years - 10-15 mg 2-3 times a day; over 12 years old - 25 mg 2-3 times a day. Course duration - 10-15 days.
