Release form, composition and packaging

Sublingual tablets light cream-colored, flat-cylindrical, risky, with brown patches and a faint mint smell.

Excipients: Glycine - 43 mg (as a part of bacteria lysate), microcrystalline cellulose - 150 mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate - 35 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide - 10 mg, Magnesium stearate - 3 mg, ammonium glycyrrhizinate - 1.2 mg, mint flavoring - 0.8 mg.

Indications

Acute and subacute upper and lower respiratory tract infections:

- bronchitis;

- tonsillitis;

- pharyngitis;

- laryngitis;

- rhinitis;

- sinusitis;

- otitis, including complications from influenza (treatment as part of combination therapy).

Recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, chronic bronchitis (prevention of exacerbations).

Dosing regimen

Under the tongue; take on an empty stomach. The pill should be kept under the tongue until completely dissolved. Sublingual pills should not be absorbed, chewed or swallowed.

Acute and Subacute Upper and Lower Respiratory Infections

1 pill per day until the symptoms of the disease disappear (at least 10 days).

Recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, prevention of exacerbations of chronic respiratory diseases

1 pill per day for 10 days. The prophylactic course includes three cycles of 10 days with 20-day intervals between them.

Preventive course should be carried out no more than 1-2 times a year.

Side effect

The frequency of side effects is classified according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization: very often - more than 10%; often more than 1 and less than 10%; infrequently - more than 0.1 and less than 1%; rarely more than 0.01 and less than 0.1%; very rarely - less than 0.01%.

From the skin: very rarely - urticaria, impetiginous dermatitis, folliculitis.

Other: very rarely - inflammation of the salivary gland, acute laryngitis, rhinitis.

Contraindications

Use in children

The use of the drug Ismigen allowed for children over 3 years.

special instructions

Children between 3 and 6 years of age should be monitored by adults every day, until the pill is completely dissolved in the mouth.

Ismigen can be used simultaneously with other drugs intended for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
