Description:

Dexpan Plus cream is a complex product developed for the care of drought and damaged skin.

Pharmacological properties The combination of active substances dexpanthenol and allantoin, as well as Shea butter, helps to heal, restore and moisturize damaged skin with cracks, burns (including sunburns), diaper rash, and dry dermatitis. Dexpanthenol stimulates the process of tissue regeneration, normalizes cellular metabolism, has a wound-healing effect. Allantoin softens and moisturizes the skin, renewing it, eliminates dryness and flaking. Part of Shea Butter has an additional emollient and moisturizing effect.

Dexpanthenol 5% Dexpanthenol is a derivative of Pantothenic acid, a water-soluble vitamin B5. Increased need for pantothenic acid is observed with damage to the skin and tissues. Its deficiency in the skin can be replenished with local application of Dexpanthenol. Dexpanthenol, when applied topically, is rapidly absorbed and penetrates into all layers of the skin. It has a regenerating, healing and moderate anti-inflammatory effect.

Allantoin 0.5% Allantoin is found in the roots of the plant Symphytum officinale (Okopchik officinalis), which for a long time has been used to heal wounds and repair damaged tissues. Allantoin has a keratolytic (exfoliating) effect. Softens the stratum corneum of the epidermis, facilitating the separation of dead cells, and stimulates tissue regeneration. Due to these properties, Allantoin is suitable for the care of chapped, cracked, sun-burned skin. Allantoin also has a pronounced regenerating effect, stimulates the healing of skin, wounds and scars. In addition to the healing effect, Allantoin has a softening and moisturizing effect, creating a feeling of smooth skin.

Shea Butter Shea Butter (Karite) is included in the list of the most valuable cosmetic oils. It has a softening, moisturizing, protective and regenerating effect. Shea butter is extracted from the nuts of the Karite tree, which grows in West and Central Africa. More than 80% of Shea butter consists of triglycerides, it also contains squalene, phytosterols and xanthophyll, Vitamins E, A, tocopherols, triterpene alcohols. The softening and moisturizing ability of Shea Butter makes it indispensable for dry and dehydrated skin with signs of flaking, irregularities and roughness. Indications for use

To care for damaged and dry skin with:

Method of application and dosing regimen

Apply on damaged skin with a thin layer, gently rubbing it once or several times a day as needed.
