Dosage and administration

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in an enameled bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.

Is taken internally in hot form 1-2 cups 2-3 times a day.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to shake.
