Pharmacology

Antihemorrhoidal. It has anti-inflammatory, local anesthetic, antipruritic activity. Reduces capillary permeability, improves microcirculation, increases the tone of the rectal veins. After rectal administration, the maximum concentration of tribenoside is reached after 2 h, lidocaine - after 112 min. Tribenozid and lidocaine are rapidly metabolized in the liver, mainly excreted in the urine. Reduces the severity of symptoms of hemorrhoids (pain, stinging, itching).

External and internal hemorrhoids.

Hypersensitivity.
