Mirapex - tablets:
1 pill contains pramipexole (as monohydrate dichloride) 0.25 mg; in vials of 90 pcs., in a cardboard bundle one bottle, or 1 mg; in the package 30 pcs.
Mirapex has a dopaminergic effect. Excites D2 dopamine receptors, incl. striatum.

Hypersensitivity.
In pregnancy, only if the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Cardiovascular: postural hypotension.
The nervous system: dyskinesia, extrapyramidal syndrome, insomnia, drowsiness, dizziness, hallucinations.
Other: constipation, dry mouth, nausea; rarely, increased urination, disturbed accommodation, peripheral edema, myasthenia gravis.
Mirapex is taken orally. The initial dose at any stage of Parkinson's disease - 0.375 mg / day in 3 doses, if necessary, may be increased, but not more often than every 5-7 days according to the scheme: on the 1st day - by 0.375 mg / day, from the 2nd on the 7th - 0.75 mg / day; maintenance dose - 1.5-4.5 mg / day in 3 doses.
In patients with renal insufficiency, the dose of Mirapex depends on Cl creatinine: with Cl creatinine more than 60 ml / min - 0.125 mg 3 times a day (maximum dose - 1.5 mg 3 times a day), 35-59 ml / min - 0.125 mg 2 times a day (maximum - 1.5 mg 2 times a day), 15-34 ml / min - 0.125 mg 1 time per day (maximum - 1.5 mg 1 time per day).
