Medisorb G hydrogel dressing provides selective wound cleansing of black necrosis (dry necrotic masses).

Properties:

• moisturizes black necrotic tissue - gives to the wound about 40% of the water that makes up the dressing itself, as a result, the necrotic tissue is moistened, and the removal of the necrotic tissue is the main step in the treatment process

• regulates the level of humidity - keeps the moist wound environment, creating optimal conditions for the start of the wound healing process

• painless dressing change - the gel does not stick to the surface of the wound, it can be easily removed by washing the wound with saline
