Composition

Klimadynon - coated tablets:

1 tab. contains dry extract of rhizomes of cimicifuga (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) 20 mg

(contains 2.8 mg of cimicifuge rhizomes of the extract of the native (5-10: 1, the extractant is ethanol 58% o / o) and 17.2 mg of lactose monohydrate), excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate; potato starch; Magnesium stearate; talc; titanium dioxide (E171); iron oxide yellow (E172); iron oxide red (E172); macrogol 6000; Eudragit RL 30D (ammonium methacrylate copolymer (1: 2: 0.2) - 1.35 mg and sorbic acid - 0.01 mg); in the package 60 pcs;

Klimadynon - drops for oral administration: 100 g contain liquid extract of rhizomes of cimicifuga (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) 12 g (corresponds to 2.4 g of dried medicinal plant raw materials (contains 35-40% by volume of ethanol)), excipients: sodium saccharinate dihydrate; peppermint oil; ethanol 96% (o / o); purified water, ethanol content - 35-40% (by volume); in dropper bottles of 50 ml.

Mechanism of action

Klimadinone has an estrogen-like, anticlimacteric effect.

Indications and usage

Vegetovascular disorders during menopause, pre- and postmenopausal (flushing, excessive sweating, sleep disturbance, increased nervous irritability, mood changes, apathy, etc.).

Contraindications

For drops and tablets:

hypersensitivity;

estrogen dependent tumors.

With care: liver diseases, epilepsy, diseases and injuries of a brain (use is possible only after consultation with the doctor).

For drops additionally: alcoholism.

For pills in addition: lactose intolerance.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Application Klimadinona contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Dosage and administration
