Excipients: Magnesium stearate, glycerin palmitatil stearate, hydrated silicon, wheat starch.

Mechanism of action

Climalanine - Beta-alanine counteracts the sharp release of histamine, but does not possess antihistamine activity due to the absence of blockade of H1-receptors.

Beta-alanine has a direct effect on peripheral vasodilation of the skin, which causes vegetative "hot flashes", a feeling of warmth, heat, headache. At the physiological level, vasomotor tides are caused by the activity of the thermoregulatory centers in the hypothalamus, leading to peripheral skin vasodilation. This is a consequence of the reactions that occur in the imbalance of cerebral neurotransmitters, occurring after the cessation of secretion of hormones by the ovaries. The drug contributes to the saturation of peripheral receptors of neurotransmitters that are involved in this process.

Indications and usage

"Tides" during menopause.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Dosage and administration

Inside 1-2 pills daily. The dose can be increased to 3 pills per day.

The duration of treatment is 5-10 days until the disappearance of the "tides". If symptoms recur, a second course of treatment should be given.
