Mechanism of action

Thiogamma has a hepatoprotective, hypoglycemic, detoxification, hypolipidemic, cholesterol-lowering effect.

Indications and usage

Diabetic polyneuropathy.

Contraindications

hypersensitivity;
pregnancy;
lactation;
childhood.

Dosage and Administration

The drug should be taken orally, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid, 300–600 mg (0.5–1 tablets) 1 time per day.

Adverse reactions

From the nervous system and sensory organs:very rarely - seizures, diplopia (after intravenous administration); with the rapid introduction - increased intracranial pressure.
Since the cardiovascular system and blood (hematopoiesis, hemostasis):hemorrhagic rash (purpura), thrombophlebitis (after intravenous administration).
Allergic reactions:urticaria at the injection site, systemic reactions, up to anaphylactic shock.
Other:hypoglycemia, dyspepsia (by ingestion), after a quick injection, there may be a feeling of heaviness in the head, difficulty in breathing (they pass by themselves).
