The initial daily dose of Presartan is 25 mg, the average daily dose is 50 mg, the frequency of administration is 1 time / day.
On the part of the digestive system: diarrhea, dyspepsia; rarely, an increase in liver transaminase activity and blood bilirubin levels.
From the side of the central nervous system: dizziness, sleep disturbance, headache.
On the part of the respiratory system: rarely - breathing problems, cough.

Other: myalgia, edema, hyperkalemia (potassium in the blood of more than 5.5 mEq / l); rarely - tachycardia.
