Mechanism of action

Romazulan - an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory drug.

Chamomile flowers reduce the proteolytic activity of pepsin, due to the presence of azulene and essential oils inhibit lipid peroxidation, which is due to the antioxidant effect. They have an antispasmodic effect, improve tissue regeneration processes, and also have a deodorizing and antipruritic effect.

Indications and usage

- Gastritis, duodenitis, colitis, flatulence.

- Vaginitis.

Contraindications

Dosage and administration

For diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the drug is taken orally 2-3 times / day for 0.5 teaspoon of solution diluted in 200 ml of warm water. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks, if necessary, repeat it.

For external and local application of 0.5 tablespoon of the drug Romazulan diluted in 1 liter of water. Romazulan solution for external and local use (0.5 tablespoon per 1 l of water) can be used with dressings, for washing, as well as for enemas, rinses and vaginal douching.
