Dosing mode The daily dose of the drug is set and controlled individually based on laboratory and clinical data. For hypothyroidism, the initial daily dose for adults is 25 to 100 μg, the dose increase every 2–4 weeks by 25–50 mcg until a supporting daily dose of 125–250 mcg is achieved. In children, the initial daily dose is 12.5–50 mcg. With a long course of treatment, the dose of the drug is determined from an approximate calculation of 100-150 mcg / m2 of body surface. To prevent relapse of goiter and in diffuse euthyroid goiter, adults are prescribed from 75 to 200 mcg / day. mcg / day.
