Upsarin UPSA has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregatory effect. Inhibits PG biosynthesis. In the focus of inflammation reduces the permeability of capillaries, lowers the activity of hyaluronidase, inhibits the formation of ATP. Reduces the excitability of the centers of thermoregulation and pain sensitivity, reduces the algogenic effect of bradykinin.
Pain of low and medium intensity of different origin; fever with flu, colds and other infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, acetylsalicylic acid, gastric ulcer and / or duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, gout, bronchial asthma, increased tendency to bleeding, children (up to 15 years).
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
On the part of the digestive tract: in some cases - nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea.
On the part of the hemostasis system: hemorrhagic syndrome is possible (nosebleeds, bleeding gums, Gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.).
Allergic reactions: urticaria, bronchospasm, angioedema, etc.
Upsarin UPSA is taken orally, dissolved in a glass of water immediately before use. Adults and children over 15 years old weighing 50 kg or more: 1 tab. 6 times a day, the maximum daily dose is 3 g. With severe pain and high temperature: 2 tabl. (but not more than 6 tables. per day). Elderly: 1 tab. 4 times a day, the maximum daily dose is 2 g.
