Composition and release form

Hemomycin - capsules:

1 caps contains Azithromycin 250 mg, excipients: anhydrous lactose, corn starch, Magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate;

in a blister, 6 pcs.; in a pack of cardboard 1 blister.

Hemomycin - powder for suspension for oral administration;

5 ml contain azithromycin 100 and 200 mg, excipients: xanthan gum, sodium saccharinate, Calcium carbonate, colloidal silicon dioxide, anhydrous sodium phosphate, sorbitol, apple, strawberry, cherry flavors;

in dark glass bottles of 11.43 g (complete with a measuring spoon);

Hemomycin - tablets, film coated:

1 tab. contains azithromycin 500 mg, excipients: microcrystalline cellulose silicate; MCC, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A); Povidone; magnesium stearate; talc; colloidal silicon dioxide;

pharmachologic effect

Hemomycin has an antibacterial, bactericidal effect.

Indications

Infectious and inflammatory diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug:

infections of the upper respiratory tract and ENT organs (sore throat, sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis media);

scarlet fever;

infections of the lower respiratory tract (bacterial and atypical pneumonia, bronchitis);

infections of the skin and soft tissues (erysipelas, impetigo, secondarily infected dermatosis);

infections of the urogenital tract (uncomplicated urethritis and / or cervicitis);

Lyme disease (borreliosis), for the treatment of the initial stage (erythema migrans);

gastric and duodenal diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori (as part of combination therapy).

Contraindications

hypersensitivity (including to other macrolides);

severe violations of the liver and kidneys;

pregnancy;

breastfeeding (at the time of treatment is suspended);

children's age up to 12 years.

Side effects

On the part of the gastrointestinal tract: possible nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain; rarely - vomiting, flatulence, transient increase in liver enzymes.

Dermatological reactions: in some cases - a rash.

On the part of the gastrointestinal tract: diarrhea (5%), nausea (3%), abdominal pain (3%); dyspepsia, flatulence, vomiting, melena, cholestatic jaundice, increased activity of liver transaminases (1% or less); children have constipation, anorexia, gastritis.

Since the cardiovascular system: palpitations, chest pain (1% or less).

Of the nervous system: dizziness, headache, vertigo, drowsiness; in children, headache (with otitis media therapy), hyperkinesia, anxiety, neurosis, sleep disturbance (1% or less).

From the genitourinary system: vaginal candidiasis, nephritis (≤1%).

Allergic reactions: rash, photosensitivity, angioedema.

Others: increased fatigue; children have conjunctivitis, pruritus, urticaria

Dosage and administration

Hemomycin is taken orally, 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals 1 time per day.Adults with infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract - 0.5 g / day for 1 reception for 3 days (course dose - 1.5 g). With infections of the skin and soft tissues - 1 g / day on the first day for 1 dose, then 0.5 g / day daily from 2 to 5 days (course dose - 3 g). For acute infections of the urinary organs (uncomplicated urethritis or cervicitis) - once 1 g. For Lyme disease (borreliosis) for stage I treatment (erythema migrans) - 1 g on the first day and 0.5 g daily from 2 to 5 days (course dose - 3 d). In case of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori, 1 g / day for 3 days as part of a combined anti-helicobacter pak therapy. Children are prescribed at the rate of 10 mg / kg 1 time per day for 3 days or on the first day - 10 mg / kg, then 4 days - at 5-10 mg / kg / day for 3 days (course dose - 30 mg / kg) When treating erythema migrans in children, the dose is 20 mg / kg on the first day and 10 mg / kg from 2 to 5 days.

Storage conditions and shelf life
