pharmachologic effect

Roliten has anticholinergic, antispasmodic effect.

Indications

Hyperreflexia (hyperactivity, instability) of the bladder, manifested by frequent, imperative urination and / or incontinence.

Contraindications

hypersensitivity;
urine retention;
angle-closure glaucoma (not treatable);
myasthenia gravis;
ulcerative colitis;
megacolon;
pregnancy;
lactation period;
childhood.
Carefully: obstruction of the urinary tract, obstructive lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, neuropathy, irreducible hernia.

Composition

1 tab. contains tolterodine tartrate 2 mg;
Excipients: MCC; Calcium phosphate; sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A); colloidal silicon dioxide; Magnesium stearate;
film cover: Opadry white dye (OY-S-58910) (composed of: hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 400, talc); purified water

Dosage and administration

Roliten is taken orally, 2 mg 2 times a day. With hepatic and / or renal failure, as well as in the case of side effects, the dose is reduced to 1 mg 2 times a day.
After 6 months, the need for further treatment should be assessed.

Side effects

The frequency of side effects was determined as follows: often - more than 10%; not often - 1-10%; rarely less than 1%
Side effects associated with anticholinergic action: often - dry mouth; not often - accommodation disturbances, reduced tearing (xerophthalmia), dry skin; rarely - urinary retention.
From the digestive system: not often - dyspepsia, constipation, abdominal pain, flatulence, vomiting; rarely - gastroesophageal reflux.
CNS and peripheral nervous system: not often - headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, paresthesias; rarely - impaired consciousness.
Other: not often - weakness, fatigue, weight gain; rarely - chest pain; allergic reactions, flushing to the skin of the face.
