Mechanism of action

Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, choleretic, carminative, regenerating. The effect is determined by the essential oil contained in chamomile flowers, mucus, flavonoids; in mint leaves - essential oil, flavonoids; in the fruits of dill - essential oil.

Indications and usage

Applied with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver of various etiologies as an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and choleretic agent.

Infusion is taken orally. One tablespoon of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature, filter. The remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment depends on the nature of the disease.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, calculous cholecystitis, peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer in the period of exacerbation, exacerbation of chronic gastritis.
