Vero-Ciprofloxacin — oral tablets:
1 coated pill contains Ciprofloxacin (as chloride monohydrate) 250 or 500 mg; 10 pieces per pack.
pharmachologic effect
Vero-Ciprofloxacin has a broad spectrum antibacterial effect. Inhibits DNA gyrase and DNA replication, disrupts the synthesis of RNA and bacterial proteins, the stability of the membranes of a bacterial cell. Vero-Ciprofloxacin exhibits the properties of a GABA antagonist (may cause convulsions).
Indications
Infectious diseases of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, kidney and urinary tract, gonorrhea; skin and soft tissues of the musculoskeletal system; meningitis, sepsis, chronic salmonellosis, traveler's diarrhea; postoperative infectious complications, infections against the background of immunodeficiency.
