Mechanism of action

Pyobacteriophage polyvalent purified has an immunostimulating effect. It has the ability to specifically lyse the bacteria Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Proteus (Mirabilis and Vulgaris), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiell Pneumonia, Escherichia coli (various serogroups).

Indications and usage

Treatment and prevention of various forms of inflammatory and gastrointestinal diseases caused by these pathogens.
Applied for the treatment of surgical infections (purulent wounds, purulent skin lesions, burns, peritonitis, pleurisy, mastitis, ostomyelitis);
urogenital infections (cystitis, pyelonephritis, endometritis, vulvitis, bartholinitis, colpitis, salpingoophoritis);
diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroenterocolitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, intestinal dysbiosis);
purulent-inflammatory diseases of the ear, throat, nose, lungs and pleura (otitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, stomatitis, periodontitis, sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, pneumonia, pleurisy);
posttraumatic conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, purulent corneal ulcers and iridocyclitis;
inflammatory diseases of newborns and young children;
septicemia and septicopyemia of various localization, omphalitis, pyoderma, enteritis, intestinal dysbiosis.

Dosage and administration

Applied topically (in the form of irrigation, lotions, turunda), intracavitary (cavity wounds, abscesses, vagina, nose, middle ear, bladder), inside, rectally (high enemas). Assign 1-3 times a day, a course of 5-15 days. Perhaps repeated courses of treatment.
In case of pyelonephritis - by mouth in a dose of 5-20 ml 3 times a day for 10-15 days.
With indomitable vomiting and in children of the first year of life, it is possible that supplemental administration via a probe in the form of high enemas in a dose of 3-5 ml daily for 5-7 days.
In the treatment of omphalitis, pyoderma of newborns - in the form of applications, lotions 2 times a day for 5-7 days.
