Composition

1 pill contains Analgin (metamizole sodium) - 0.25 g, phenobarbital -0.02 g; Dibazol (Bendazol) - 0.02 g, papaverine hydrochloride - 0.02 g.
Excipients: potato starch, talc, stearic acid, Calcium stearate.

Mechanism of action

Andipal - the combined drug. It has analgesic, vasodilator and antispasmodic action, due to the properties of its constituent components.
Metamizole sodium has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.
Bendazole and papaverine hydrochloride reduce the tone of the smooth muscles of the internal organs, causing expansion of peripheral vessels.
Phenobarbital has a sedative effect.

Indications and usage

Pain syndrome, mainly associated with spasms of the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, peripheral vessels or brain vessels.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to pyrazolone derivatives); oppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis; severe hepatic and / or renal failure; glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; children under 8 years old, pregnancy, lactation, tachyarrhythmias, severe angina, collapse,decompensated chronic heart failure; angle-closure glaucoma; prostatic hyperplasia; intestinal obstruction, megacolon.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Contraindicated during pregnancy (especially the first trimester) and during lactation.

Dosage and administration

Andypal appoint 1-2 tab. 2-3 times a day. The duration of use without consulting a doctor should not exceed 7 days.

Adverse reactions

Maybe: allergic reactions.
Seldom (with prolonged use): leukopenia, agranulocytosis.

Special notes

With long-term appointment Andipal should regularly monitor the pattern of peripheral blood.
Precautions should be prescribed the drug during pregnancy.
If necessary, the appointment of the drug during lactation should decide on the termination of breastfeeding.

Drug interactions

Andipal may enhance the effect of drugs that have a depressant effect on the central nervous system, including ethanol and ethanol-containing drugs.
