The eyes of any person are constantly in tension: prolonged use of a computer, tablet, smartphone, reading in dim light, in transport, the harmful effects of the blue part of the light spectrum. All these aspects of daily life have a devastating effect on the organ of vision. In addition, age-related changes in the body also affect the health of the eyes and the quality of vision. The most important elements of nutrition for the eyes are:

Lutein and zeaxanthin are natural pigments that protect the retina from the aggressive part of the light spectrum, which increase visual acuity, as well as reduce its age-related changes. They are also excellent assistants in the prevention of cataracts - lens opacities.

Anthocyanins are powerful antioxidants that are involved in restoring the photosensitive pigment of rhodopsin and, thus, improve adaptation to different levels of illumination, increasing visual acuity at dusk, improve the nutrition of the retina and restore the mechanisms of its protection.

Ginkgo Biloba extract has antioxidant activity, has a beneficial effect on microcirculation, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, prevents capillary fragility.

Proanthocyanidins are also powerful antioxidants that improve vascular elasticity, visual acuity and image perception contrast, contribute to the normalization of intraocular pressure, prevent and slow the progression of glaucoma.

Beta-carotene is a precursor of vitamin A (retinol), which is involved in the synthesis of rhodopsin - the main visual pigment.

Zinc - contributes to the sharpening of vision, ensures the transparency of the lens, supports the structure of the optic nerve.

Vitamin C - contributes to the effectiveness of antioxidants (lutein, zeaxanthin, anthocyanins), which accelerates the recovery of visual pigments in the retina.

Vitamin E - accelerates the regeneration of damaged cells, is involved in tissue respiration and other major metabolic processes.

Vitamin B2 - improves the condition of the organ of vision, taking, along with vitamin A, participation in the processes of dark adaptation, reduces eye fatigue and plays a big role in preventing cataracts.

The complex of the listed biologically active substances is necessary:
