Indications and usage

As a symptomatic agent in the complex therapy:

- premenstrual syndrome (mastodinia, breast tension, mental lability, constipation, edema, headache / migraine);

- fibrocystic mastopathy;

- menstrual irregularities and / or infertility (caused by insufficiency of the corpus luteum).

The drug is taken orally on 1 tab. 2 times / day, with a small amount of liquid.

Mastodinon^® should take at least 3 months, incl. during menstruation. Improvement usually occurs after 6 weeks.

If, after the termination of the reception of the complaint, they are renewed, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Due to its good tolerability, the drug is suitable for long-term therapy.

Adverse reactions

Maybe: allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

AT very rare cases: stomach aches, nausea, slight weight gain, itchy rash, acne and headache.

While taking medications containing Agnus castus, temporary psychomotor agitation, confusion, and hallucinations may occur.

Contraindications

- pregnancy;

- lactation period (breastfeeding);

- children's age up to 12 years;

- hereditary intolerance to galactose, genetic lactase deficiency or impaired absorption of glucose and galactose (due to the lactose content);

- hypersensitivity to the drug.

Mastodinon^® not used for the treatment of malignant diseases of the mammary glands.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Mastodinon^® contraindicated in pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

When pregnancy occurs during drug therapy, Mastodinone should be discontinued.

Contraindicated in children under the age of 12 years.

Special notes
