Mechanism of action

Flogenzym has anti-inflammatory, antiplatelet, anti-edema, fibrinolytic, immunomodulating action.

Indications and usage

• surgery - in the complex therapy of postoperative complications, dentistry and during plastic operations (suppuration, thrombosis, adhesions); in order to prevent adhesive disease, lymphatic edema and microcirculatory disorders, burns;
• traumatology - in the complex treatment of damage to the tendons and ligaments, sports injuries;
• Angiology - in the complex therapy of acute deep vein thrombosis, superficial vein thrombophlebitis, post-thrombophlebitic disease, arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limb arteries and other chronic arteriopathies;
• urology - in the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the urogenital tract: cystitis, urethritis, cystopielitis, prostatitis;
• gynecology - in the treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (adnexitis, salpingoophoritis); vascular complications of menopause. To reduce the frequency and severity of complications of hormone replacement therapy;
• Cardiology - in the complex treatment of coronary artery disease, prevention of angina attacks;
• gastroenterology - in the complex therapy of viral hepatitis;
• rheumatology - in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, rheumatic soft tissue damage.

Contraindications

• Individual intolerance to the components of the Phlogenzym;
• congenital or acquired bleeding disorders (for example in hemophilia).
• With caution - during hemodialysis.
• Experience in childhood is absent.

Dosage and administration

Flogenzym is taken orally, no less than 30 minutes before a meal, without chewing, drinking water (150 ml).

For therapeutic purposes, the Phlogenzym take on 3 tablets. 3 times a day for 2 weeks, unless a longer period of treatment is prescribed by the doctor. For prevention, it is recommended to use Flogenzym in a dosage of 2 tab. 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

Changes in the course of administration and dosages of Phlogenzym are possible after consulting a doctor.

Adverse reactions

In some cases, there may be an increase in stool, a change in the consistency and smell of feces (quickly stopped with a temporary dose reduction), skin allergic reactions (rash).
