Active ingredient and dosage form

Lancid - capsules: 1 capsule with enteric-coated granules contains Lansoprazole 15 or 30 mg; in a blister strip package 10 pcs., in a box 3 packs.

Indications and usage

Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, reflux esophagitis, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum in patients receiving NSAIDs or associated with Helicobacter pylori (as part of complex therapy), stressful ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hepatic and / or renal failure, pregnancy, breastfeeding, child age.

Adverse reactions

From the nervous system and sensory organs: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, in isolated cases - depression.

On the part of the digestive tract: diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation.

Allergic reactions: skin rashes.

On the part of the respiratory system: rhinitis, pharyngitis.

Other: myalgia

Dosage and administration

Lancid accept inside, in the morning before meal. Capsules should be swallowed whole, without chewing.

Duodenal ulcer (in acute stage): 30 mg / day for 2-4 weeks. (in resistant cases - up to 60 mg / day).

Peptic ulcer of the stomach (in the acute stage) and erosive-ulcerative esophagitis: 30-60 mg / day for 4-8 weeks.

Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in patients receiving NSAIDs: 30 mg / day for 4-8 weeks.

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: 30 mg 2 times a day for 10-14 days in combination with antibacterial agents.

Anti-relapse treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: 30 mg / day.

Anti-relapse treatment of reflux esophagitis: 30 mg / day for a long time (up to 6 months).

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: the dose is adjusted individually to achieve a basal secretion level of> 10 mmol / h.
