Composition

Sterile solution containing sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, polyethylene glycol 400 0.4%, propylene glycol 0.3%, hydroxypropyl guar 0.175%, sorbitol 1.4%, aminomethylpropanol 0.27%, boric acid 0.18%, sodium borate 0.262 %, disodium EDTA 0.025%, sodium citrate 0.6%, potassium chloride 0.12%, sodium chloride 0.07% and the preservative Polyquad® (polydronium chloride) 0.001%, hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide (to bring the pH), purified water (up to a volume of 100%).

Systane Ultra Plus ophthalmologic provides long-lasting relief of dry eye symptoms, such as burning sensation and irritation.

Systane Ultra Plus ophthalmologic moisturizes contact lenses, reducing discomfort when wearing contact lenses, and helps to remove deposits from their surface that may cause irritation and / or discomfort.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural compound present in the human body; It acts as a moisturizing agent and promotes cell proliferation. The viscoelastic properties of hyaluronic acid, similar to the tear film, and the ability to bind water molecules create the conditions for the restoration of damaged cells of the ocular surface.

Hydroxypropylguar is a high molecular polymer that forms a gel-like liquid “patch” on the eye surface and protects cells from drying out.

The combination of hyaluronic acid and hydroxypropylguar, which is part of the means of ophthalmic System Ultra Plus, is attached to the damaged cells of the eye surface, providing increased hydration and lubrication in comparison with hyaluronic acid alone.

Indications for use

• Systane Ultra Plus provides instant comfort, long-lasting protection and relief of dry eye symptoms.
• SISTANE Ultra Plus ophthalmologic can be used to lubricate and moisturize silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses for day and prolonged wearing.

Dosage and administration

Shake the bottle before use! Do not touch the pipette tip of the vial, as this may contaminate the solution.

Systane Ultra Pleus ophthalmologic can be used as needed throughout the day to moisturize and increase eye comfort.

Put 1-2 drops in each eye and blink.

When wearing contact lenses in case of slight irritation, discomfort or clouding, put 1-2 drops in each eye and blink 2-3 times. Can be used before and while wearing contact lenses, as well as after their removal.
