Parapran bandage is made of large-mesh cotton gauze, impregnated with paraffin composition.
Parapran dressing is a classic sterile atraumatic dressing that provides painless dressings without traumatizing the young epithelium.
Soft paraffin dressings, being on a wound, soften under the action of heat and prolonged release from its composition, in the form of a suspension of medicinal substances, into the wound, while due to the mesh-like bandage, the wound discharge is diverted into a secondary sorbent dressing.
The dressing is very gentle, soft, well modeled on complex wound surfaces and does not stick to the wound. The ParaPran dressing can be applied at all stages of the wound process.
Parapran dressing is available in four versions:
Acute painful superficial wounds; burns, donor wounds, pressure sores, accompanied by pain.
Open the packaging along the cutting line and remove the coating with protective layers. If necessary, with the help of scissors from the coating cut a fragment corresponding to the size of the wound surface. Remove the protective film from the cover. Apply a coating so that it protrudes 0.5 cm beyond the edges of the wound. Apply a sterile gauze cloth to the cover and fix with a bandage or plaster.
The nature and frequency of dressings is determined by the state of the wound
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the coating.
ParaPran dressing is available in 4 sizes: 5cm × 7.5cm; 7.5 cm × 10 cm; 10cm × 15cm; 10 cm × 100 cm (each dressing in an individual package in a sterile form).
The dressing is sterilized by radiation.
In a cool dry place.
