Eye drops
Antiglaucoma. Ocures-E blocks beta-adrenergic receptors. Reduces the production of intraocular fluid, normal and elevated intraocular pressure, without affecting the size of the pupil and visual acuity.
Glaucoma (open-angle, chronic, aphakic, secondary).
Bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, sinus bradycardia, AV block I and II degree, severe heart failure, cardiogenic shock, severe rhinitis, severe corneal dystrophic diseases.
Okupres-E is used conjunctivally. The recommended initial dose - 1 drop of solution 2 times / day. With stabilization of intraocular pressure - 1 time / day.
Ocupres-E is used with caution in patients who have contraindications to the systematic use of beta-blockers, with bronchial spasms, chronic heart failure and other heart diseases. It is necessary to control the intraocular pressure. With prolonged therapy, pulse and blood pressure should be monitored. If it is necessary to have an intubation anesthesia with the use of muscle relaxants, the drug should be administered within 48 hours.
Symptoms: dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting, bradycardia, arrhythmia, acute heart failure, bronchospasm.
Treatment: when using eye drops - flush the eyes immediately with water or saline. When ingestion - gastric lavage, reception of Activated carbon, symptomatic therapy: atropine, beta-adrenomimetics (isoprenaline, izadrin), glucagon hydrochloride, systemic vasopressor drugs (norepinephrine, dobutamine), beta2-adrenomimetics (with bronchospasm); cardiac glycosides, diuretics, aminophylline (for heart failure); oxygen therapy; possible cardiac pacing. Hemodialysis is ineffective.
At a temperature of 15-25 ° C.
