Mechanism of action

The greatest number of substances that determine the medicinal properties of stevia are concentrated in the leaves. Stevia leaves contain diterpene glycosides, fiber, pectic substances, plant lipids, polysaccharides, Vitamins (C, A, E, P), trace elements (potassium, Magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium) and essential oils. The sweetness and therapeutic value cause diterpene glycosides - steviosides, which are 300 - 400 times sweeter than sugar and are phytosteroids in nature, and are used as a building material for the production of hormones. Stevia normalizes all systems of the body, restores carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism, increases the protective functions of the body, neutralizes and removes toxins (including radionuclides) from it. Stevia has no contraindications, is compatible with all products and medicines.

Dosage and administration

1) Tea: 1 tsp of leaves pour 1 cup boiling water. Brew as a normal tea in a hermetically sealed container. Take 1-2 cups of tea per day. Can be brewed with regular tea or coffee.
2) Infusion (External use):
• Stevia water infusion is an excellent cosmetic skin care product that blocks the growth of bacteria that cause inflammation of the sebaceous glands and the formation of acne. Wiping stevia from water infusion makes the skin elastic, eliminates irritations, prevents the appearance of wrinkles
• as an anti-inflammatory agent for skin diseases and lesions, incl. for treating wounds, trophic ulcers, postoperative stitches, burns, frostbite and eczema for speedy healing
