Mechanism of action

Laxative agent of plant origin. The laxative effect is associated with the ability of high-molecular polysaccharides of seaweed to swell in the gastrointestinal tract and, increasing in volume, irritate the sensors of the mucous membrane of the intestinal tract, facilitating its emptying. Together with other active substances at the biological level (vitamins, carotenoids, trace elements), kelp contains a significant amount of iodide salts.

Indications and usage

Acquired atonic constipation. For the prevention of atherosclerosis, diseases of the thyroid gland associated with Iodine deficiency.

Accept inside 1-2 times / days.

Adverse reactions

The phenomena of iodism (with prolonged use and over-sensitivity to iodine).

Contraindications

Severe renal dysfunction, hemorrhagic diathesis, increased sensitivity to iodine.
